Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with Keyword to SaaS. This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for paid plans.
Cancellations
You can cancel your plan at any time from your Billing page. Cancelling stops future renewals — your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Refund eligibility
If you experience a billing error, a duplicate charge, or are unable to access the service you paid for due to a technical issue on our end, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will review your case for a full or partial refund.
Non-refundable cases
Because reports consume compute resources as soon as they're generated, fees for already-generated reports are non-refundable except where required by law. Refund requests based solely on dissatisfaction with a report's content are evaluated case by case but are not guaranteed.
How to request a refund
Email us at admin@keywordtosaas.test or use our contact page with your account email and transaction details. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
Processing time
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to appear, depending on your payment provider.
